Shipping Charges

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is offered for the following order totals:

  • $500 on Local Orders (up to 45 mile radius)
  • $750 on all orders to the SE United States
  • $1000 on all other orders in the Continental US

Free shipping offer does not cover any ancillary items including, but not limited to, lift gate, delivery appointment, and rural area which are the responsibility of the customer. Please advise if these will apply at the time of order to avoid $10 processing fee for extra charges.

All orders shipped via ground services and are billed at the current shipping rate. Expedited or 3rd party services are available when an order is placed through customer service or a sales rep.

Return/Refund Policies

30 Day Money Back “Any Reason” Returns available for unopened/unused products. Contact us for RMA within 30 days and postmarked within 45 days. 

30 Day Refund Available for any defective product or product not as stated.  Contact us for RMA and shipping label within 30 days.

Exchange or Return for MBM Credit available for 30 days on all other items.  Contact us for RMA within 30 days and postmarked within 45 days. 

Custom Printed Items are non-refundable unless negligence on the part of MBM occurred.  Please be sure to inspect proof/sample fully before approving.

Damaged/Short Shipment Policy

It is the responsibility of the receiving company to properly note and report incomplete or damaged shipments. When receiving, please verify item/case count is correct and pallet does not seem to have been tampered with/damaged. If there is evidence of missing or damaged product indicate such on the BOL rather than signing the delivery as complete. Next, break down the shipment to obtain accurate count of product received. Note any missing or damaged product. Document with photographs if at all possible. Contact MBM with information via phone or e-mail. Further instructions will be provided based on details of your claim. There will be times when we will ask that product be shipped back to us (an RMA and shipping label will be provided). Other times, we will ship replacement product and/or issue credit without the need to ship any product. We will work diligently to resolve any and all issues in a timely manner to ensure as little business interruption as possible.
